Scott luten - Owner, general contractor

Scott is a graduate of Florida State University. (Go Seminoles!) He spent over 15 years working for larger home builders, and while this gave him incredible experience and allowed him to hone his craft and develop his personal sense of design, it left him wanting more - more control over the projects, more real relationships with his customers and more time with his own family too. His desire to prioritize quality workmanship that was personalized to every customer with absolutely no compromise, ever, led him to start Team Luten Construction. Today, he puts his heart and soul into every project - no matter the size, and absolutely nothing is considered complete until it has Scott’s official quality stamp of approval.

Team Luten Construction is more than just a business - it’s a family. Family run, family operated and definitely family first. Scott is married to his college sweetheart Melanie, and they have two daughters - Elle and Olivia (Livi). They enjoy spending time together as a family - outdoors, laughing and loving.
